Kickstart Your Fitness Lifestyle
I offer a limited amount of one on one personal training sessions and/or fitness lifestyle coaching sessions. These can be done in person or via Skype.
Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes in length based on functional total body training. Each workout is different in order to ensure they are fresh and fun each time we train together. Each session is $75 or you can invest in a package of 8 for $400.
Fitness Lifestyle Coaching sessions are 45 minutes in length. This coaching will help you create your motivation, find a suitable fitness program, nutrition guidance, overcoming obstacles, and living a fit and healthy lifestyle. Each session is $100 each or a package of 12 (6 months of coaching) for $750.
