Q: Boot Camp sounds scary!! Are you going to yell at me?
A: As the only man surrounded by a group of strong ladies, it’s in my best interest to never yell at anyone, especially at 5:30 in the morning! I have a fun and positive approach to training and coaching which creates a relaxed environment.
Q: I’m REALLY out of shape, will I survive?
A: This camp is designed for all levels of fitness. I am trained in the safe and proper uses of exercise. All moves can be modified for just about any level of fitness. If you have any physical challenges or health concerns, just message or call me to see if this camp is a good fit for you. Bottom line, don’t let the name ‘Boot Camp’ scare you off. Yes, the workouts are tough, but they can be modified for anyone.
Q: Who goes to boot camp?
A: The Kickstart Boot Camp is full of all ages, sizes and levels of fitness. Currently the ages range from 16 to 70! Some of the campers are just getting started while others are further down the path. No one gets held up, and no one gets left behind. Even though it’s a group setting, each camper works at their own pace. Regardless of where you are, there is a group of amazing ladies there to support, encourage and challenge you. The main requirement we look for is someone who likes to have fun!
Q: If I sign up for 3 days a week, do I get to pick the days?
A: Absolutely! You can pick and choose whichever days you want to attend. You can mix and match days. We are very flexible with the scheduling.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: If you miss more than 25% of the camp you signed up for due to illness, emergency, change in work schedule or other similar situation, we will refund the amount you didn’t use or apply a discount to a future camp.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: We have 3, 5, and 10 camp packages at a special rate. Most of the ladies are repeat campers who have been coming for months and some over a year. They see how much this kind of coaching benefits them. If you are interested in learning about camp packages, call or message us.
Q: What equipment do I need to bring to camp?
A: You should bring a mat, two 5 pound dumbbells, and water. We provide any other equipment that you will need.
Q: I am interested, but I have more questions, is there someone I can talk to to get more info?
A: Sure! Just call or message SGT Steve via the ‘contact tab’ above, email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phone 928-273-7788. I’ll be more than happy to answer any questions you have.
Q: Is the boot camp always outdoors?
A: No, when it’s cold, rainy or snowy, we are indoors. Generally we wait until it is about 50 degrees before going outside. Once it warms up, we do camp outside in the fresh air.
